1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all services, treatments, and appointments provided by Essex Body Sculpting & Aesthetics (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a treatment or consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, and updated versions will be posted
on our website.
2. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. A non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm your appointment. This fee is applied toward the cost of your treatment. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in a shortened session or rescheduling. We encourage clients to arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the booking fee. No-shows may result in full treatment charges. Repeated cancellations may lead to a refusal of future bookings. Packages and course sessions must be completed within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase.
4. Treatment Suitability & Medical Disclosure
Clients are required to complete a consultation and medical history form prior to any treatment. It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or recent procedures that may affect your treatment. Treatments are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or care. We reserve the right to refuse treatment where necessary to protect your health and wellbeing.
5. Results & Expectations
We aim to provide high-quality treatments and visible results, however, individual results may vary depending on skin type, body composition, age, and adherence to aftercare. A single treatment may not deliver optimal results; a full course may be recommended. We do not guarantee results.
6. Aftercare & Client Responsibility
Clients must follow all provided aftercare instructions to ensure the best outcomes and minimize the risk of side effects. Essex Body Sculpting & Aesthetics is not liable for complications arising from failure to adhere to aftercare guidance.
7. Children & Guests
Due to insurance and safety policies, children under 16 are not permitted in the treatment area. Clients are kindly asked not to bring children to appointments. Guests are not allowed in the treatment room unless prior permission is given.
8. Payments & Refunds
Full payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major debit/credit cards, online payments, and cash. No refunds will be given for completed treatments or unused sessions in a package. Treatments are non-transferable.
9. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. They may be used toward any eligible treatment or product. Vouchers must be presented at the time of booking or payment. Lost, stolen, or expired vouchers cannot be replaced.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
All client data is handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Your personal information is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
