Refund Policy

Essex Body Sculpting & Aesthetics

1. Services & Treatments
All payments for services and treatment courses are final. We do not offer refunds for completed treatments under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with results, as individual outcomes may vary based on client response and adherence to aftercare.

2. Treatment Packages & Courses
Packages (e.g. courses of 5, 8 or 10 sessions) are non-refundable once the first session has been redeemed. If a course has not been started, a refund may be issued at our discretion and may be subject to an administrative fee of £25.
Unused sessions cannot be transferred to another person unless explicitly agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows
To cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours; notice or missed appointments will result in a £30 fee or the session being deducted from your course (for pre-paid packages).

 

4. Faulty Products
If you have purchased any aftercare or skincare products and believe they are faulty, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

5. Refund Processing
Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 7–10 working days to appear, depending on your bank provider.
